Lappland Guldprospektering
Lappland Guldprospektering AB is a gold prospecting company founded in 1994. The company's founders, prospectors Torbjörn Grahn, Eric Sjölund, Jan-Åke Unee and geologist Göran Pettersson, are behind almost all of the gold deposits discovered in Lapland over the past 30 years. These include, for example, the Svartliden mine operated by Dragon Mining, Fäboliden, currently owned by Dragon Mining, previously owned by Lappland Goldminers, Bothnias Fäbodtjärn and Lappland Guldprospektering's Stortjärnhobben prospecting deposit.
Jan-Åke Unee and Torbjörn Grahn are still active in the company, but Eric Sjölund is unfortunately deceased.
Torbjörn Grahn and geologist Göran Pettersson have in recent years operated within the company Svensk Malmprospektering together with prospector Ingemar Åslund. The company is today a wholly owned subsidiary of Lappland Guldprospektering AB. Svensk Malmprospektering has 6 exploration permits for gold, several of which are completely new finds.

Goals & Strategy
Business concept
The company's business concept is to take projects to mining production and then conduct mining operations and, through exploration, develop mineral deposits in Sweden with the aim of creating good development in terms of shareholder value.
Business model
Lappland Guldprospektering's revenues from future producing mines are intended to be initially reinvested in exploration activities and in the development of new mineral deposits. In the longer term, it is intended that the returns from producing mines will be distributed to the owners.
Goals
• To prospect and develop a mineral reserve within the company's most qualified project, Stortjärnhobben, of 500,000 ounces, corresponding to a production of approximately 15 years.
• In parallel with the work directed at Stortjärnhobben, to prospect for at least one mineral resource on one of the companies' other projects within 3 years that justifies financing in an extensive drilling program.
Strategy
We will create a growing, high-quality, sustainable mining company with as low risk as possible. The company will ensure that the existing project portfolio lives up to expectations and, in the long term, generates a positive free cash flow.
Ensure that we maintain and develop a pipeline of new projects to continuously replenish mineral reserves and potential future production.
Systematically take selected projects to the next step, from Exploration Permit to Processing Concession and then Land Allocation and Environmental Permit.
Lappland Guldprospektering will develop our employees and provide growth opportunities to support the development of our people, operations and projects. We will take advantage of the valuable experience that our employees have.
We keep our costs low, and primarily focus our spending on investments that take the projects forward, with knowledge of mineralizations, and permits.
We must have a local presence, where with support from the community we create local jobs and activities.
We shall create value for our shareholders while operating in a safe, socially and environmentally responsible manner. The Company shall contribute to the well-being of employees, their families and the population in and around the communities in which we operate.
