Lappland Guldprospektering AB (publ) extends the subscription period for the ongoing rights issue

Lappland Guldprospektering AB (publ) (the "Company") has decided to extend the subscription period in the ongoing rights issue until 3 p.m. on September 16, 2024. The new indicative date for the first day of trading on Spotlight Stock Market is October 1, 2024.

The background is that the company wishes to reach out to more shareholders to achieve further distribution before the start of trading in the company's share. The issue is oversubscribed in terms of amount, but the company wants a larger number of owners.
